Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to EliteTech. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

⚠️ Important Note

• Please contact us before initiating any return
• Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
• COD-related queries are handled as per our Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Product must be returned with original packaging
• A valid Order ID is mandatory

2. Important Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

❌ No cash refunds will be provided

✅ Refunds will be issued as:

• Store Credit / Wallet Credit, or
• UPI / Bank Transfer (after verification)

Cash refunds are not applicable for COD orders.

3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos or videos as proof

After verification, we will offer:

• Free replacement, or
• Full refund via UPI or store credit (for COD orders)

4. Return Shipping (COD Orders)

• Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
• If the issue is from our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost

5. Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after product inspection
• Store credit (if selected) will be issued faster

6. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Product is used or damaged by the customer
• Product is returned without original packaging
• Return request is raised after 7 days
• COD order is refused at delivery

7. COD Order Refusal Policy

If a COD order is rejected or refused at delivery:

• The customer may be restricted from future COD orders
• Repeated COD refusals may result in account blocking
