4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
For COD orders:
• Customers must provide correct and complete address details
• Repeated COD order refusals may result in Cash on Delivery (COD) being disabled for future orders
• No cash refunds are provided for COD orders (refer to the Return & Refund Policy)
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to pay a ₹50 partial payment in advance. This amount is non-refundable in case of order refusal or cancellation
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors
• We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or incorrect address details
• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
6. Returns & Refunds
• Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website
• By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated in that policy
7. Order Cancellation
• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
• EliteTech reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
