Thank you for shopping with EliteTech. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
• Once processed, orders are handed over to our shipping partners


2. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India
• Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability in your area


3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days
• Other locations: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Free shipping offers (if applicable) are subject to change without prior notice


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Customers must provide correct and complete address details
• Repeated COD order refusals may result in Cash on Delivery (COD) being disabled for future orders
• No cash refunds are provided for COD orders (refer to the Return & Refund Policy)
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to pay a ₹50 partial payment in advance. This amount is non-refundable in case of order refusal or cancellation


6. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct
• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details
• Re-shipping charges may apply for returned shipments


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos or videos of the package and product

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
